With all this great marketing material at your fingertips, it's time to put the word out. Below is a step-by-step timeline to help you make the most of this valuable content.

PART A

PRE-RETREAT CAMPAIGN

2-3 months before opening registrations

  • Connect with your audience by sharing more about who you are and what you’re about.
     

  • Build a Thailand buzz by sharing fun articles and images from our Social Media Marketing page.
     

  • Included in your Retreat Marketing Pack is a beautiful event banner - use it when setting up your Facebook event (and add us as a co-host). 

​

  • Entice your audience by sharing half-day itinerary highlights - accompanied with branded photos from your Retreat Marketing Pack.   

​

  • As you build trust, gradually invite your audience to join your exclusive, VIP Waitlist.

PART B

OFFICIAL LAUNCH

7-11 months before your retreat start date

  • Create a “Super Early Bird” offer to incentivize your VIP Waitlist to “book now”. This includes free class passes or discounts on your local events.
     

  • We've equipped you with a custom made poster and postcard (in web and print quality) - share them with the world!

  • Keep your students informed by directing them to our FAQ.​

  • Share testimonials and dreamy destination videos from our YouTube channel

  • Your online event page includes a detailed itinerary and booking platform - direct all traffic there!
